CASTLE ROCK SPORTS CAMP 2025

Join Mission Hills for our first ever Castle Rock Sports Camp! Large Group worship and fun, small group discussion, and sports drills for kids.

SPORTS

  • Team K (kids registered for kindergarten, fall 2025). Team K is a fun mix of team competitions, sports drills, games, and relays for all ability levels.
  • Basketball (1st – 5th)
  • Cheer (1st – 5th)
  • Flag Football (1st – 5th)
  • Soccer (1st – 5th)
  • Pickleball (3rd – 5th)

SERVE WITH US AT CAMP

Join us for an exciting week serving at Sports Camp as we challenge kids to live on mission with Jesus! We have so many opportunities for you to serve, from coaching and investing in the lives of kids within a specific sport, to playing a supporting role in the daily tasks of camp.

We have opportunities for 7th grade – adults to serve.

SERVE TEAM DETAILS

June 9 – 12, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM (Serve team arrives at 8:15 AM). Our preference is that you commit to serving all four days.

Mandatory Serve Team Meeting | Saturday, June 7 | 9 – 11 AM | Castle Rock Campus Offices (599 Topeka Way #700, Castle Rock CO 80109) Childcare is available during the training. Please make sure to RSVP for childcare when registering to serve.


  • All adults serving will need to have a current background check completed and all youth serving will need to complete a separate youth application section when registering to serve.
  • Space for Middle School and High School students to serve is limited and a waitlist may be implemented.
  • If you register to serve for all four days of Sports Camp by Friday, February 28, you will receive details regarding camper pre-registration (for your immediate family).
  • There is not a discount for campers whose parents are serving but you will receive priority camper registration for most serve team roles at camp.
  • Little All Stars (childcare) is available for kids birth – PreK, whose parents are serving. Please sign up for Little All Stars when you register to serve.

GIVING FOCUS

Our Giving Focus this year is Pennies for Poland. Mission Hills is sending a team to run an English and sports camp for kids 5-13. We have partnered with a local church the past 12 years to make this camp happen and it has grown from 40 to 110 kids! Some of these kids will hear the gospel for the first time and we are so excited to be a part of it. The money raised goes toward the cost of the supplies that we take including sports equipment, art supplies for workshops, candy, and fun party supplies for nightly activities. So, bring in pennies, dimes, nickels, quarters, and even cash to support this amazing trip.

SCHOLARSHIPS (LIMITED NUMBER AVAILABLE)
All scholarship requests will be carefully reviewed by our team. We cannot promise that everyone who applies for a scholarship will receive one. You can expect to hear back from us within one week of requesting a scholarship to learn if your request was granted.

Details:
• Partial scholarship (50%) or a full scholarship (100%) are available.
• There is an option for you to serve at camp in exchange for a scholarship.
• Fill out the scholarship request form to start the process.

REFUND POLICY
A partial refund of 40% will be given if request is received after May 5, 2025. If request is received before May 5, a full refund will be allowed.
PACKET PICK-UP DATES
It is critical this year that you pick up your camper’s bag before the first day of camp. We will offer three days for you to pick up your camper’s bag, which has their t-shirt, name tags, parent security card, and other important information you need prior to camp. You may also pick up camper bags for family or friends.
