SERVE TEAM DESCRIPTION
The Care Partner program is a serve team that comes alongside people in our congregation experiencing difficulty in order to provide individual care and spiritual support. Care Partner assignments are made through the Care Ministry. Care Partners journey together for a short season (approximately four months), regularly checking in and providing care and prayer for their Care Partner. If you are gifted in caring for others, this is a wonderful opportunity to care for your congregation.
Care Partners complete a required training before being assigned and must also participate in monthly meetings for ongoing training and oversight.
Interested participants in the Care Partner program will first meet with a member of the Care Team to discuss details of this opportunity and help discern if it is a good ministry fit.
