GROUP DESCRIPTION

It may be hard to be optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found that there aren’t many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. That’s what GriefShare is all about. It is a support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. It’s a network of people who understand your pain and would like to support you through this process.

This 13-week session will meet in person at the Mission Hills Littleton Campus. This is an open group and new participants are welcome to join any week; however, space is limited and maximum capacity is 14.
